This song is set to a children's tune and sung like a kid -
with high voice.  It is accompanied by images that are supposed to be amusing to the eye.  I include them with the lyrics - which are not my translation, but came on the video on one of Korea's ever popular anti-US promotion sites in its broadban society.

("cakes" are bombs or WMD or       terrorism) McDonald's cola is made from the blood of the Afghans. Burger King's hamburgers the Iraqi dead. Your family has committed great crimes since the days of your father. You must stop them, we warn you. Bush, Bush you are a Dracula. You're the devil that feeds on the blood of small countries. But if you try to such the blood of our fellow Koreans, We will give you garlic more terrible than cake.
